This product is used to detect novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV)IgM/IgG antibody in human serum, plasma or whole blood, as a supplementary detection index for suspected cases with negative nucleic acid detection in novel coronavirus, or in conjunction with nucleic acid detection in the diagnosis of suspected cases.
This product is to be used as an auxiliary diagnosis and emergency reserve for pneumonia patient infected by 2019-nCoV
Test Method
1. Preparation before experiment
Take out the kit and the sample to be tested, and restore all reagents and samples to room temperature
2. Experimental Steps
① Open the package of detection reagent, take out the detection card and lay it flat.
② Add 10μL of the sample to be detected into the sample loading hole of the test card, and then add 2 drops (about 60μL) of sample buffer into the sample loading hole.
③ Reaction at room temperature for 10 ~ 15 minutes, but the results displayed after 20 minutes are invalid.

① Invalid result: there is no red line visible to the naked eye or only detection line (T line) but no quality control line (C line), so the test is invalid, and the experiment should be repeated.
② Negative result: A red quality control line (C line) indicates that there is no antibody in the sample or the antibody is lower than the detected level.
③ Positive results: two red lines (one red quality control line and one red detection line) or three red lines (one red quality control line and two red detection lines)
